DAIFREE GF-750 is a new mold release agent that meets environmental regulations and works well than GF-550. Read the precautions carefully before using this product.

- Method of use
- Apply a uniform coating film using an air spray, brush, or rag.
Xịt, quét, nhúng một lớp Daifree lên khuôn
- In the case of spray method , 20-30cm away from the mold, and then spray lightly.
So that a thin, uniform film is formed.(When it is the first time, make sure the mold
release agent used previously has been completely removed before application)

- Slight contamination or the mold release agent can usually be removed to a certain degree by wiping with a solvent (IPA, toluene, acetone, etc.).
Các lớp chất bẩn tích tụ nhẹ hay chất tách khuôn có thể được loại bỏ dễ dàng ở nhiệt độ nhất định bằng các dung môi như IPA, toluene, acetone….
- Alkaline cleaning agents are effective for complete removal. (Immerse in an approx. 10% aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide to which a small amount of surface active agent has been added. The cleaning solution should be at a temperature of 60~80°C.)

- Do not use this product for other than industrial purposes.

- Store in a cool and dark place. Avoid long time storage at a temperature over 40°C.
In a cold climate, take care so that this product does not get frozen. (Once frozen, the original state cannot be recovered even if it is unfrozen.)
Lưu trữ ở nơi tối và mát. Không lưu trữ trong thời gian dài ở nhiệt độ trên 40*C. ở thời tiết lạnh, tranh để sản phẩm bị đóng băng. (khi bị đóng băng, tính chất của sản phẩm sẽ không thể phục hồi hoàn toàn khi giã đông)
- Use in a place which is well ventilated. Local exhaust equipment should be installed if necessary.
Sử dụng ở nơi thoáng khí. Nên lắp đặt các thiết bị hút khí nếu cần thiết.
- Wear protective goggles when using this product to avoid letting the agent come into contact with eyes. If the agent gets into eyes, wash immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
Nên đeo các thiết bị bảo vệ khi sử dụng sản phẩm và tránh để sản phẩm tiếp xúc trực tiếp với mắt. Nếu bị dính vào mắt, rửa sạch ngay lập tức với nước sạch và đi kiểm tra tại trung tâm y tế gần nhất.
- Wear rubber gloves, protective clothing, etc. when using this product to avoid letting the agent come into contact with skin. If it comes into contact with skin, immediately wash with soap and water.
Đeo găng tay, quần áo bảo hộ… khi suwrdungj tránh để dụng dịch tiếp xúc trực tiếp với da. Nếu tiếp xúc với da, rửa ngay bằng nước sạch và xà bông
- If by any chance it is swallowed, do not let the person vomit but seek medical attention immediately.

- Wash your hands and rinse your mouth with copious amounts of water after use.
